My name is Roslyn Franken, and I am so happy to welcome you here. At 29, I beat cancer, and ten years later, I conquered my battles with food and weight issues, as outlined in my first book, The A List: 9 Guiding Principles for Healthy Eating and Positive Living. My journey taught me how to survive adversity, take control of my health, and rebuild my life from the ground up. I drew inspiration from my parents—two extraordinary WWII survivors who defied impossible odds to survive the war, build a life together, and later triumph over life-threatening health issues, as shared in my award-winning book, Meant to Be: A True Story of Might, Miracles, and Triumph of the Human Spirit. Their resilience and positivity showed me the true power of determination: not just to survive, but to thrive beyond life’s challenges. Now, I’m here to help others tap into their own strength and embrace a life of empowerment, transformation, and possibility.
