My name is Roslyn Franken, and I’m so happy to welcome you here. At 29, I faced one of my biggest battles—beating cancer after a tumor in my neck, pressing on the main artery to my brain, tested positive for Hodgkin's Lymphoma. A decade later, stepping on the scale at my heaviest weight, I knew it was time to take back control of my health, once and for all. I conquered my struggles with food and weight, a journey I share in my self-help book, The A List: 9 Guiding Principles for Healthy Eating and Positive Living.
Through it all, I found strength in my parents—two extraordinary WWII survivors who defied impossible odds to survive the war, build a life together, and later overcome life-threatening health challenges. Their resilience and unwavering positivity became my inspiration and the heart of my award-winning book, Meant to Be: A True Story of Might, Miracles, and Triumph of the Human Spirit. They showed me the true power of determination—not just to survive, but to thrive beyond life’s challenges.
Now, as an author, speaker and coach, I'm here to help others tap into their own strength and embrace a life of empowerment, transformation, and possibility.
