Her most recent book, Meant to Be, chronicles the incredible survival and triumph of her parents, who overcame the horrors of the Holocaust and the devastation of the atomic bomb to build a beautiful life together. This powerful narrative also reflects on the profound lessons she learned from her parents about resilience while battling cancer at the young age of 29. Meant to Be was honored as the 2022 GOLD Winner of the NFAA Nonfiction Book Awards.
A 39, a decade after conquering cancer, Roslyn faced another personal challenge: overcoming food and weight issues. Her successful journey to a healthier body and happier life is the foundation of her first book, The A List. and her "Lighten Up for Good" Heath and Wellness Program. She shares her 9 guiding principles for healthy eating and positive living, which formed the basis of her weight loss success. Roslyn also offers private and group weight loss coaching programs based on these principles. After receiving great book reviews, Roslyn decided to take her books from the page to the stage with presentations she delivers to diverse audiences from students to seniors, faith-based groups and community organizations to corporations, cancer groups, and more. She delivers her presentations in person and virtually via online platforms such as Zoom. Roslyn's presentations are typically followed by time for Q & A and book signings. Understanding the solitary nature of writing, Roslyn provides an Author Coaching program designed to assist aspiring authors in navigating the writing and publishing process. Her coaching helps authors turn their inspirational stories into published works, reaching readers worldwide. In addition to her writing and speaking, Roslyn has been featured on numerous television and radio shows and in newspapers and magazines across North America and beyond. Roslyn holds a Master’s degree in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University in Montreal, a certification in Organizational Psychology with a focus on Executive Coaching from the Professional School of Psychology in California, and an MBTI® Personality Type Assessment Qualification from Psychometrics Canada. Roslyn is dedicated to giving back to the community through donations of her books and services. Her personal interests include portraiture, the healing arts, cooking, and songwriting.
