Ottawa author shares principles on 'How to Boost Your Own Bliss'

OTTAWA, Ontario. --- Proud cancer survivor and author, Roslyn Franken, presents "BYOB – Boost Your Own Bliss”, an educational and inspirational weekend e-Course to be held via telephone and internet on March 28th, 10:00am – 1:00pm and & March 29th, 1:00pm – 4:00pm. Roslyn will share her proven principles on how to reach AND maintain a healthy weight, balanced lifestyle and positive mindset for a healthy, happy and fulfilled life. It is based on her book, The A List: 9 Guiding Principles for Healthy Eating and Positive Living, a book inspired by her experiences as a cancer survivor who has also overcome her own struggles with food, weight and lifestyle management.
This unique learning experience is for people who are looking for a realistic, sensible and sustainable solution to their poor eating, weight and lifestyle habits in an ever increasingly fast-paced and ever-changing world. It is for those who seriously want to better their health, boost their energy, balance their life and be their best despite their age and any past challenges. It is designed to inspire, motivate and help participants see that a lifetime of healthy eating and positive living for improved weight control and quality of life ARE truly possible.

The course includes:
- 6 hours of class time over the telephone and internet with dynamic PowerPoint slides to guide and support participants through the presentations that can be viewed over the internet and/or downloaded to one’s computer
- An electronic copy of Roslyn's book, The A List: 9 Guiding Principles for Healthy Eating and Positive Living, with 228 pages of practical tools and information in an easy-to-read and easy-to-understand format
- An electronic workbook in Microsoft Word format that can be used over and over again to help one understand themselves better and make better choices
- 1 Private follow-up session with Roslyn over the telephone
- Personal insights from the author's own struggles with food, weight, health and lifestyle plus real life examples from her telephone coaching clients.

About Roslyn Franken
Diagnosed with cancer at age 29, Roslyn Franken fought back to become a long-term cancer survivor. Then at age 39, at her heaviest weight ever, and concerned for her health, Roslyn decided to fight back once again, only this time to overcome her battles with food, weight and lifestyle, once and for all.
She is author of The A List: 9 Guiding Principles for Healthy Eating and Positive Living (www.thealistbook.com) and host of the “How to Thrive after 35” internet radio show (http://howtothriveafter35talkradio.htm). Roslyn has a Masters in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University in Montreal and is a certified coach through the Professional School of Psychology in California.
